Alternative Parking Advisory

Please be advised that much of the remainder of the work to our parking lot will continue during these mild winter days. 

Because of this, the capacity of the parking lot will be greatly compromised -- to about half.  Therefore, for the next few weekends for January 2012, we are strongly advising you arrive to your accustomed mass well in advance to secure a parking space for yourself.

Upcoming Events:

Mass Book:  We will be opening the 2013 Mass book for Memorial Masses on Thursday, February 9, 3012 - from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for initial bookings.  Arrangements for these masses can be made in the Rectory from the parking lot entrance.  Only checks will be accepted as payment.

School of Religion:  Confirmation Workshop which was cancelled for Monday, January 23rd will be rescheduled at a later date.

Holy Child Pre-School:  Will be sponsoring an Open House for new families, Re-registration for current families and Registration for new families.  Please click on the Pre-School link for additional details.

Ave Maria Gift Shop:  Please stop in.

Bell Choir Upcoming Schedule:  February 5 - 11:00 a.m., February 12 - 12:30, April 1 - 9:30 a.m, April 8 - 11:00 a.m., May 6 - 9:30 a.m., May 20 - 11:00 a.m., May 27 - 9:30 a.m., June 3 - 11:00 & June 10 - 12:30.

Cursillo:  Originated in Spain, Cursillo means "short course" in Christian living.  The Cursillo Weekend consists of a  series of talks given by lay people and clergy.  For additional information please contact www.nycursillo.org or call our parishioner, Lisa Castaldo @ 718-967-3473.

Ultreyas are held the Second Thrusday of each month in the Rectory at 8:00 p.m.  Ultreya is open to anyone who has made a Cursillo Weekend.  For more information about upcoming weekends call Carol at 718-356-4742.
